Hi, I’m Ruth, and I’m so grateful to have you joining me here!
If you ever struggle to see or remember God’s goodness or if you’re looking for ways to keep the truth of His grace and love in the forefront of your mind from day to day, you are not alone. I love coming back to the reminders from John 1:16 (AMP), encouraging us that “out of His fullness… we have all received grace upon grace [spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing, favor upon favor, and gift heaped upon gift].” So whether I feel like I’m in an empty season or a full moment, I write to remember and share the grace He pours out. And I hope it can encourage you on your own “treasure hunts” as well!
Some of my favorite blessings include beach trips, sunrises and sunsets, music and worship, and time spent with my niece or church family and friends. While I’d love to live somewhere it’s forever summer, I seek to find beauty in every season and enjoy life in rural southern Illinois.
